This agreement is merely to ensure that everybody living or staying in Greenways enjoys the tranquillity and security. It is not intended to stifle anyone’s enjoyment of the amenities of the Estate or interfere with anyone’s relaxation whilst here. The main object is to make sure that you and your family are fully aware of the regulations, which have been drafted in the interest of high standards and harmonious living in this special place. You may own property here one day! We sincerely hope that you enjoy your stay.
AGREEMENT OF TENANCY

I, the undersigned, __________________________________________________________________________
Acknowledge that I am aware of the following conditions relating to my occupation of the undermentioned properties at Greenways.

1. I, my household, guests or employees (collectively referred to hereafter as “I” or “me”) are subject to the provision of the constitution and the house rules of the Greenways Country Estate Home Owners Association (herein after referred to as “the Association”) copies of both having been provided to me by the agent or owner of the property, and agree to abide by them.
2. Contravention of the constitution and/or the house rules may lead to penalties being imposed against me/or the owner of the property and may result in my access to Greenways being denied.
3. I am subject to the golf rules of Greenways, copies of rules are available at the Club House for inspection and I agree to abide by them.
4. Access to the golf course other than as a golfer is subject to the rules of the Association.
5. Greenways is a residential estate and I will respect the necessity for privacy and quite. I hereby waive any possible legal right to conduct a business of whatever nature from within Greenways.
6. As a Tenant/Holidaymaker I will not bring any pets into Greenways.
7. As a Tenant/Holidaymaker I will not allow anybody and in particular under-aged children under my supervision to drive unlicensed motorized vehicles/motor cycles/quad bikes within the confines of Greenways. No non-maintenance vehicles will be allowed on the golf course or common property.
8. I acknowledge that I have entered Greenways entirely at my own risk and I absolve the Association from any claim for damages or injury which either I, my household, guests or employees may sustain in Greenways however arising and state that I am fully aware of the importance and significance of this waiver.

The apartment is very well positioned and the views are amazing. The overall finishes in the unit is also good and we had an enjoyable stay.
