Karoo Retreat offers upmarket self-catering 8 villas in Oudtshoorn and ideal for couples, families and groups . Oudtshoorn is a central base for activities and sightseeing in the surrounding area. We offer wonderful de stress massages as well as Sailing trips on our 40 ft Catamaran Kiyana.

The villas are cooled by air-conditioning and each has its own en-suite bathroom. The villas are ideal for romantic couples alone or with children. The living area consist of large sofas beds to relax on and a fully equiped kitchenette for all your needs.

Karoo Retreat is surrounded by indigenous plants and big beautiful mature trees to provide shade all year round. The guest house overlooks our own organic vegetable garden with alot of herbs to pick from for our guest using it in our wonderful breakfast daily. as well as the swimming pool, giving the property a lovely modern feel.

Karoo Retreat is child friendly and ideal for functions and workshops. As the guest house is in a quiet street, it is safe for strolls around the neighbourhood or a bit of cycling with the kids. We offer laundry services, babysitting, cleaning services and breakfast baskets on request, as well as braai facilities for some self-catering á la carte dining.
