Morton Manor is a historic home which belonged to H V Morton, a famous travel author, located in the ‘Golden Triangle’ of Somerset West, with breathtaking views of Table Mountain, Helderberg and False Bay. Morton Manor offers spacious luxury accommodation with stunning views and close to all amenities.

The Deluxe Apartment (150 sq m) is a spacious, luxury double room with a fully fitted kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower only, one extra length Queen bed, a TV, free WiFi, and a balcony with stunning views. Braai facilities are available on request. Free secure parking is available. This luxury room is on the first floor, inside the Manor House and has its own private entrance via an outside staircase.

There is also the Morton Manor Cottage available, with a Queen-size bed, bathroom with shower only, fully fitted kitchen, TV, free WiFi, and the lounge has a day-bed for a third person. The outside patio has wonderful views. Braai facilities are available on request, and the use of other Manor facilities like the pool, must be arranged with the owner. Free secure parking on the Manor grounds is available.

The owner has 3 friendly dogs on her premises.

Thanks to Marion and Rowan who are excellent hosts, and their beautiful apartment, I spent 3 wonderful weeks in Somerset West. The view from your own spacious balcony it's the best you can get in the whole region. I can truly recommend this lovely place, especially when you are looking for relaxation, Far away from noise and crowds, but only few minutes drive to all the restaurants, golf clubs and wineries. Fantastic!

Close to town and still in the nature. Wonderful view from balcony over the False Bay and Helderberg area. Nice swimmingpool area. Very good kitchen for your own cooking. Warm hospitality, and the house has its own history which we were happy to explore.If you want a peaceful and relaxing place - this is the place we highly recommend.
