A two bedroom apartment in North beach, There is a washing machine, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, egg boiler, stove, most of what you need in the house.

Room A has a king-size bed, which could be converted into two single beds, Room B has two single beds. The lounge has a sleeping Couche. It can sleep a maximum of five persons.

There is a braai area that needs to be booked for use, requires a R200 deposit on site which is refundable after use if you cleaned after braaing. There is a swimming pool requires swimming cap to swim for hygiene purposes. There is 24-hour security on the premises.

The apartment is a few minutes walk to the Beachfront. walk to Sun Coast where there is a variety of Restaurants. close to Moses Mabhida Stadium, Cricket stadium, not far from Grayville Horse Racing. There are shops 5 minutes away. It’s close to a lot of amenities in town.

Beach: NORTH BEACH HOME IS BY THE BEACH, A WALK TO CASINO AT SUN COAST, 15 MINUTES WALK TO MOSES MABHIDA, 15 MINUTES WALK TO USHAKA MARINE, LOCATION IS IN THE HEART OF DURBAN.
