About Pips Place

Pips Place is ideally situated a step away from the clear sparkling waters and soft white sandy beaches of Milk Bay, with uninterrupted views of the False Bay coastline. Pips Place boasts 17 self-catering apartments over five floors. All apartments are stylishly furnished and fully-equipped. We have lift access to all floors making us wheelchair friendly.

There is Satellite TV, secure parking, bedding and towels. We are 30 minutes from Cape Town International Airport and the area is abundant with activities. We are near to some of the country's best golf courses, whale watching, fishing, and shopping malls.

The Facility did not have water due to a broken water pipe of the municipality. Elane the woman on duty went the extra mile and made sure we had drums of water. She kept us informed on a regular basis of the status of the repairs.
