We require a 50% deposit within the dates specified on the confirmation. The reservation will be automatically cancelled should the deposit not be received by the required date. The balance of the account along with all other charges accumulated during your stay can be settled on departure.
Cancellation policies:
Cancellation less than 8 days prior to arrival: full deposit amount will be retained
Cancellation 8 – 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation amount will be retained.
Cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival: 10% of the reservation total will be retained
No-shows: full deposit amount will be retained.
Departure prior to confirmed departure date: We reserve the right to charge for the full extent of the stay, which was booked and confirmed.
Accommodation costs:
Unless a Pro-Forma Invoice stipulates otherwise, prices quoted in the Pro-Forma Invoice shall –
be expressed to be inclusive of VAT;
be quoted in South African Rand;
be based on a per person, sharing basis;
be based on the particular room type requested at the Hotel;
include breakfast;
Include all Government taxes and levies related to the provision of accommodation, excluding the prevailing tourism levy.
